Moovy service fees
In addition to the parking fee, the users of the parking applications pay a service fee.
Moovy’s service fee is 15% of the price of the parking fee, however at least €0.49. The service fee is not charged if the parking fee is €0.
In Moovy parking and service fees are charged to the payment card added to the service, typically on the day following the parking. The amount to be charged is the parking fee for the location + service fee. The service fee applies to short-term parking in the app, but no service fee is added to contract parking.

| Finavia airport locations: Helsinki-Vantaa Airport P1, P2, and Pikaparkki; Ivalo Airport; Joensuu Airport; Jyväskylä Airport; Kajaani Airport; Kemi-Tornio Airport; Kittilä Airport; Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport; Kuopio Airport P1 and P2; Kuusamo Airport; Oulu Airport P1 and P2; Pori Airport; Rovaniemi Airport (P1), P2, P3, and Pikaparkki; Tampere-Pirkkala Airport P1, P2, and P3; Turku Airport; Vaasa Airport P1 and P2 | The service fee is €0.49 per paid parking. Additionally, these locations have a service fee cap in Moovy, which allows the service fees to reach a maximum of €4.90 / user / payment card in a calendar month. The pricing is automatically taken into account when you park in the aforementioned Finavia locations. |
| Turun Toriparkki parking facility (from 1 March) | The service fee is 15% of the price of the parking fee (min. €0.49). The Turku Toriparkki parking facility has a service fee cap, which allows the service fees to reach a maximum of €6.90 / user / payment card in a calendar month. The pricing is automatically taken into account when you park in the Turku Toriparkki parking facility. |
